Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Designated Agent that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal;
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
4. Your name, mailing address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA Notice or its agent.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material in accordance with the DMCA, unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, to disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

Client Websites We Host or Manage

If your copyright claim concerns a website that Runningfish designed, hosts, or manages on behalf of a client, please identify the specific domain in your notice. We will forward the notice to the responsible client and, where we act as the hosting or service provider for that site, respond in accordance with the DMCA. The client remains responsible for the content published on their own website.

Portfolio, Case Studies & Client Work

Work samples, screenshots, logos, and case studies displayed on the Site are shown to describe services Runningfish has performed. Client trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for identification purposes only; their appearance does not imply endorsement. If you are a rights holder and believe your material is displayed here without authorization, contact our Designated Agent above and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it promptly.

Ownership of Site Content

Except for user-submitted content and third-party material identified above, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Runningfish Web Design & Digital Marketing or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.
