Content is the “VOICE” of “all” websites!
Wednesday, October 29th, 2008 This is not your typical boring CONTENT article, its short, sweet and to the point.
Every Web master wants everyone to see that they are the best web designer and developer
in the world but without WORDS to fill in the blanks, LETTERS to describe your design and
just plain TEXT, all you have are pictures. Now search engines cant read that?
Ask yourself this question? If search engines can’t read your work your website is invisible to the
typical web surfer correct? Yes! So you say, how can I get my website seen? Its that easy, its the
sidekick that accompanies great websites. CONTENT!
Content is the VOICE of all websites! Without content your site will just be left with
pretty pictures and flashy logo’s that midas well not exist in the web world.
So why not just pictures? Heres the scoop and there are numerous websites and books that
can back this blog.
Websites are used for information purposes. Does that make sense? So therefore, when your looking for a product say for example a “GOLDFISH.” You type in the search engine “GOLDFISH” and thousands of websites will pop up right? Yes, that is partially true.
But, will your website pop up if all there is are just pictures and flashy logo’s. NO!!! SEARCH ENGINES are machines that read WORDS, that is why “search” is the first word in SEO.
Therefore, in some part of those websites it has the word “GOLDFISH.” Are you following?
Sure you are?
However, if your looking for a specific “GOLDFISH” like a “Chinese Coy,”the search has
narrowed because of extra content. Now is that clearing the fuzziness in your head? Good.
Basically, the more CONTENT you have to describe your greatly mastered website, the more your
website will be seen to web surfers around the world. But, note your content needs to be ever changing and not stag net. So the search engines will see that your website is forever fresh and inviting.
But before you go off and decide to add WORDS and LETTERS to your website please take in the
consideration of the reading the article which I find most informative. “Content is KING
after all” by Geoland.org. I’m just making a point that we are not the only ones who truly believe that content is king. You’ll see?
In the end this blog was written to continue to educate our potential and current clients that the importance of content will help rank their website high in the search engines. Hopefully we gave you part one of why Content is so important to your beautiful website.
